名鸟 维鸟
- 鸟是两足、恒温、卵生的脊椎动物,身披羽毛,前肢演化成翅膀,具有坚硬的喙。鸟纲在生物分类学上是脊椎动物亚门下的一个纲。因其身体被羽毛覆盖,中国古代动物学将其统称为羽蟲。
- 鸟的体型大小不一,最大的鴕鳥體高可達2.5公尺,而最小的吸蜜蜂鳥體長最小僅5公分。目前全世界为人所知的現存鸟类一共有一萬多种,僅中国就记录有1,300多种,其中特有种至少有70幾種。与其他陆生脊椎动物相比,鸟是一个拥有很多独特生理特点的种类。
