动铸件 (cast的现在分词) 维鑄造
- 铸造是人类掌握比较早的一种金属热加工工艺,已有约6000年的历史。中国约在公元前1700~前1000年之间已进入青铜铸件的全盛期,工艺上已达到相当高的水平。
- 鑄造是指將室溫中為固態但加热后变成液态,冷却後在变为固态的物質倒入特定形狀的鑄模待其凝固成形的加工方式。被鑄物質多為原為固態但加熱至液態的金屬(例:銅、鐵、鋁、錫、鉛等),而鑄模的材料可以是沙、金屬甚至陶瓷。因應不同要求,使用的方法也會有所不同。
