信仰（英语：Faith）是指對一個人（同樣的對他的能力）、事物、神、宗教的教條或教導、沒有經驗證據的觀點（例如擁有強烈的政治信仰）抱有信心和信任。
信仰是人對人生觀、價值觀和世界觀等的選擇和持有。信仰體現著人生價值、人生意義的可靠落實。信仰與所信仰的對象是否客觀存在沒有必然聯繫。宗教並非信仰對象，而是信仰的表現形式，表現形式不可作為信仰對象。
信仰一般往往被認為是由外在因素所形成、受到父母、社會、宗教和傳統所影響。如果一個伊斯蘭教家庭從一個基督教家庭收養一個剛出生的小孩，那小孩長大後變成一個伊斯蘭教徒的可能性就會提高；反之也是如此。
一些有信仰的人很多時會求神幫助我們改變一些事情的發生。但信仰不是單單要求神幫助我們改變外在環境發生的事情，更重要的是信仰能幫助我們內心思想的改變，擁有面對逆境的能力。
